His experience in the real estate industry includes 40 years in Property Sales and Valuations on the Sunshine Coast, including 32 years in a Private Valuation Practice in Noosa Heads and 8 years in Sales and Valuation on the Gold Coast, while his Sales expertise includes Beachside properties and development sites throughout the region. Warren’s extensive knowledge in property valuation is based on his Associate Diploma of Business (Real Estate Valuation), Associate Australian Property Institute and his long-term work as a Certified Practicing Valuer. Warren enjoys being an active part of the community, having been involved in many clubs throughout the years, including 20 years with Surfers Paradise SLSC including being Club Captain and Vice President and 5 years with Peregian Beach SLSC as Nipper age manager, 10 years as a Junior Coach with Noosa Dolphins Rugby Union and former Treasurer for the Noosa Malibu Club.
